Whatcom County Youth Fair
The Whatcom County Youth Fair is not a Spring Break day camp or babysitter. Parents must be present and able to assist their child(ren) ages 12 and under as needed or have a proper babysitter present. Any child who is found to be unattended will made to leave and banned from attending youth fair.
