Whatcom County Youth Fair is a unique opportunity for Teen Leaders and adults to work together to teach youth participants.

This fair is put on solely by Volunteers, Teen Leaders, Parents and Sponsors.  Youth Fair is a hands on 2-day learning fair for youth ages 6-18, that is in its 32nd Year.

We are a 501-3c non-profit, and all of our funds go back into running the fair, to the benefit of the participants.  We have participants that travel from great distances, including Eastern Washington, Island Counties, and as far south as Vancouver, WA.

We hope you can join us.

Mission Statement

We are dedicated to creating a positive and meaningful impact on youth and the community, while promoting agricultural education through hands on learning opportunities, fostering mentoring systems, encouraging personal growth, and instilling community values.

    Did you know?

The Whatcom County Youth Fair started in 1989 at the Everson Auction Barn with just 3 divisions.

Can you guess what divisions they were? We will give you a clue Horses were not one of them.

Is a living legend. She was the master mind behind our one of a kind fair. While she is not the Fair Manager anymore she is still behind the scenes helping out and keeping our fair going strong.

    Volunteers

Unlike many other fairs we are 100% Volunteer run. We have ZERO paid staff members and rely on generous donations from businesses, sponsors, individuals, and the Washington State Fair Fund.
